- Instantly state that you are writing to express your interest to rent an available house (in your opening paragraph)
- Provide the address of the property.
- Explain the reasons you want to rent the property.
- Provide your rental history (if any)
- Explain why you want to move from your current house
- Explain your personal traits as a good renter eg. being quiet and friendly, paying rent on time, etc.
- Attach relevant documents- recommendation letter from the previous landlord, reference letter from friends or employer, income verification letter, etc.
