Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Sheria na Jamii (sherianajamii.com) and the legal documents you obtain through it. By using the website or buying a document, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Sheria na Jamii is a marketplace for digital legal documents and templates prepared for the Tanzanian context. Each document is offered as a digital product that you can preview in full before purchase.
Price and payment
Unless stated otherwise on the document, each document costs TSh 2,000. Payment is made through the available mobile-money payment process. Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed.
Download and access
After your payment is confirmed, you may download the document in the formats provided, normally PDF and DOCX. You are responsible for saving your copy. If you have any problem downloading a document you paid for, contact us and we will help.
Accounts
You may be able to create an optional account to manage your purchases and downloads. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
Permitted use
When you buy a document, you may use and adapt it for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publish our documents or templates, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product, whether free or for a fee.
Intellectual property
The documents, templates, text, design, and other content on this website are owned by Sheria na Jamii or its contributors and are protected by law. Buying a document gives you a licence to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying template.
Templates, not legal advice
Our documents are templates and samples and are not legal advice. Using a document does not create an advocate-client relationship. You are responsible for making sure a document is suitable for your situation, and you should seek professional advice for complex matters. Please see our Disclaimer.
Service availability and updates
We aim to keep the website available and our documents accurate and up to date, and documents may be updated from time to time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sheria na Jamii is not liable for any loss or consequence arising from the use of the website or any document obtained through it.
Refunds
Because documents are digital products that can be previewed in full before purchase and downloaded immediately after payment, please read our Refund and Download Policy.
