Refund and Download Policy

This policy explains how refunds and downloads work for the digital documents you buy on Sheria na Jamii.

Digital products you preview first

Every document can be previewed in full before you buy, and documents are delivered as an immediate digital download after payment. Because you can see exactly what you are buying and receive it straight away, purchases are generally final once a document has been downloaded.

When we will help

We want you to get what you paid for. Please contact us if:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the document.
• The file is faulty, corrupted, or will not open.
• You received the wrong document.
• You were charged more than once for the same document.

Where a problem like this is confirmed, we will provide the correct file or arrange a refund of the affected purchase.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with the document name, the email or number used to pay, and a short description of the problem. Please contact us within a reasonable time after your purchase so we can trace the transaction.

Downloading your document

After payment is confirmed, you can download your document in the formats provided, normally PDF and DOCX. Please save your copy. If you lose access, contact us and we will help you download it again.

Use of downloaded documents

Documents are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our documents or templates. Please see our Terms of Service.
