Residential roofing contract 2024 (guide + free template)

A residential roofing contract is a legal agreement between a homeowner and a roofing contractor. It outlines the terms and conditions for a roofing project on a residential property.

This contract typically includes details such as the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, cost, payment schedule, warranties, and other important information.

It serves as a formal agreement to ensure that the roofing work is completed as agreed upon and provides protection for both the homeowner and the contractor in case of disputes or issues during the project.
